I found a brand new challenge to try and motivate my depressed, anxious self – 101 things to do in 1001 days. I tried to keep everything specific and achievable but still challenging.

Go camping.
Take a road trip.
Visit 25 Ohio Historical Markers.
Go to an aquarium.
Visit a museum.
Hike in a state park.
Sightsee locally.
Take a train.
Kayak on a lake or river.
Find 25 new geocaches.
Visit an Antarctica exhibit at the zoo.
Visit an Africa exhibit at the zoo.
Attend a small-town festival.
Explore a cave or cavern.

Cooking

Learn to crack an egg with one hand.
Make 5 new dishes from my Pinterest recipes.
Open a cookbook to a random page and make whatever is on it.
Eat vegetarian for a month.
Bake an apple pie from scratch.

Pay it Forward

Leave an inspirational note for someone to find in a book.
Randomly pay for someone in line behind me.
